We've received this letter from Dialacom:
"GERMANY:
Our German telco accused us of fraud and using an illegal dialer. Therefore they closed our german number down on the 16th of may. They have offered to pay only part of march, april and may traffic.
Their problem is, that they HAVE accepted and approved our dialer, so our view is ofcourse, they have to pay.
They have offered to pay 40% off the march traffic, 50% off the april and 50% of the may traffic. I have disputed this, and asked them to pay the full amount.
We do not agree on this, so we now have two very good lawyers working on this, they do believe we have a very good and strong case - so this ofcourse will take some time - weask for your patience Hopefully, we will have settled the case in 2 (two) months time. In the meantime, we have changed to a more reliable telco, and we will be able to offer this new German dialer this very week. Payouts will be: 20 flat fee per call."
